Visendo Fax Server Standard

With Visendo Fax Server Standard you can better use your ISDN card. After the short server installation without additional hardware and dispatches Visendo Fax Server Standard receives your faxes. These are stored as pictures and sent by E-Mail to your personal mailbox e.g. Outlook when desired.

The Mails are set in such a way on each working environment or into a Exchange Public folder. To regard the mails e.g. the Internet Explorer can be used. The file format is selectable between PDF, JPEG, TIF and SFF.

On the basis of the MSN (direct dialings) the faxes are set for different receivers email addresses. For known senders there can be installed deviating receivers. Because of this everyone gets faster the faxes which are intended for him. Nothing gets lost or remains lying.

The Fax Server Standard possesses four interfaces. Over the TCP/IP Socket interface a fax can also be dispatched over Internet. Because the printer driver uses this it can be faxed by each place of the world over a favorable internet connection in such a way. The pop3 interface permits to fetch and dispatch it from a mailaccount of faxes. Thus mail program of faxes can be sent away with each standard. The smtp interface permits the exchange with mail servers. Thus your important fax message reaches you at each place. The DCOM interface makes a simple control possible from own programs. Consequently a binding of third offerer software can be realized such as Sage KHK. Also a binding over Word macros is possible.

There for the storage standards such as file system, XML and SQL data bases are used, an extension is feasible into each direction.
